I provide real estate services throughout northern Colorado, including Mead, Longmont, Firestone, Frederick, Berthoud and Johnstown. My specialty is the Mead area, as that is where I currently live.
As a Colorado Native I know the Northern Colorado area very well. I try to incorporate the knowledge of the area and match it up with my client’s needs, wants, life style. It’s very important to me that each client receives a personal touch with my service and I want them to walk away saying “Wow, Ashley really took her time to make sure I was happy with my transaction.”
Multiple elements combine to make a great Realtor. I learned this from my father, who was a Realtor for 33 years in the Boulder area. The first idea, the only idea that is always in my mind, is to ALWAYS do what’s right for your client. If you abide by that rule, your clients will always be well served, I learned this credo early on by watching my dad with his business. Actually it would serve anyone in business well, but for Real Estate it is supremely important.
So with that philosophy in mind, I approach every day with those feelings in my heart. I always want my clients to feel that I’m a trusted advisor, and that their best interests are number 1 for me. This means each transaction is timely, completely monitored and pro-actively managed from start to finish.
Clients are as different as each individual personality out there, so it’s also important to me that I provide a custom experience for each person. Some things are consistent with each transaction, the nuts and bolts of getting a transaction done. Critical aspects of a transaction are of highest importance to the client, therefore, they are facets of my duties that I take very seriously every single day.
With the explosion of internet marketing in the Real Estate field, it is critical to effectively market a home for a seller. Since over 80% of all real estate searches for buyers begin with the internet, it is your best exposure to the highest amount of people out there. But I don’t stop there, I will network with all the Realtors in the area to make sure that any potential buyer is being touched.
People in the market to purchase a home are also treated to my numerous years of customer service. I want to listen to what your needs and wants are, and match them up with the correct property. The discovery of that match is very rewarding to me personally because I love to hear people say to me “I’m so happy with this house, thanks so much for helping me find it!” What a great feeling to help people find happiness with their most sacred of places… home.
